Booking Policies & Terms
Weekly Stays
The cottage is available on a weekly basis with Saturday as the fixed changeover day.
What Is Included
For weekly summer and seasonal bookings, electricity, heating, local telephone calls, bed linen, and bath towels are all fully included in your stay rate.
Arrival & Departure Times
Check-out: Please check out by 9:30 AM on your departure Saturday.
Check-in: Guests are welcome to arrive as soon as cleaning is complete, usually around lunchtime. If you arrive earlier in the day, luggage may be left at the property while you explore the area.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

Cancellation within 1 week of booking (for stays booked at least 2 months in advance): Full refund less any bank transaction charges.

Cancellation after 1 week, but more than 3 months before arrival: 90% refund of the total booking fee.

Cancellation between 3 months and 6 weeks before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking fee.

Cancellation between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival: 25% refund of the total booking fee.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: Fixed £200.00 refund.
Winter Monthly Lets
During the winter months, Mont ès Croix Cottage is available on a long term monthly rental basis.
Qualifications: No Jersey housing qualifications are required for winter monthly stays.
Utilities & Amenities: Electricity, heating, local calls, bed linen, and towels are not included in the monthly winter rate and are billed separately.
